Moco Museum Membership Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Moco Museum Membership Program ("Program"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your membership in the Program. By joining the Program at https://tickets.london.mocomuseum.com/en/memberships/tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms, establishing a legal agreement between you and Moco Museum ("Museum", "we", "us").

Membership Options and Fees
Membership levels include Pastel Pink (£50 per year), Rose Quartz (£250 per year), Pink Satin (£5,000 per year), and Rosé (£10,000+ per year), each offering various benefits. Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, V Pay, Alipay. Payment methods are subject to change. An Early Bird discount of 25% is available on select memberships using the discount code EARLYBIRD until the end of March 2024. The memberships are fully digital, represented by an email confirmation and a PDF containing member details.
Transferability of Membership
Membership is personal and non-transferable. This policy ensures that membership benefits are enjoyed by the individual or entities (in the case of corporate memberships) that have financially supported the Museum.
Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Duration and Renewal
- Memberships purchased between February 28, 2024, and July 1, 2024, are valid until July 1, 2025.
- Memberships purchased on or after July 2, 2024, are valid for one year from the purchase date.
- Memberships do not auto-renew. To continue your membership, you must purchase a new membership upon expiration.
Cancellation Policy
- After purchasing the membership, you have a revocation period of fourteen days. During these fourteen days you are allowed to revoke the membership (before using the membership ticket at the Museum) without any reason, by sending an email to memberships@mocomuseum.com. You will receive the payment from us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after we have been informed of your revocation. We will refund you with the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly instructed us otherwise. You will not be charged for such reimbursement.
- Upon respirary of your revocation period or once the membership is used, membership fees are non-refundable and cover the full duration of the membership term.
- Since there is no auto-renewal, there is no need to cancel your membership to prevent renewal.
- Your membership may be revoked by the Museum if you misbehave in any Moco Museum and/or by bringing the Museum’s name and/or standing in disrepute.
Effect of Termination
Upon the expiration or termination of a membership, whether through revocation by the Museum, the former member will no longer have access to the Museum with the membership ticket or its membership benefits. Any unused benefits at the time of termination will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.
Benefits and Limitations
Membership benefits include unlimited access to Moco Museum Amsterdam, Barcelona and coming soon London, discounts, and exclusive events, with specific benefits varying by membership level. All items marked with an asterisk (*) will only be available after the London opening in 2024. The details of these benefits may be updated, and members will be notified via email with more information about the inclusions.
Lost or Stolen Membership Cards
As memberships are fully digital, represented by an email confirmation and a PDF containing member details, physical membership cards are not issued. If a member misplaces their membership confirmation, they should contact the Museum at memberships@mocomuseum.com for assistance. We can verify membership status using member details and reissue the necessary membership confirmation and digital member ticket at no additional charge.
Privacy Policy
By buying the membership, you consent to the Museum using your information for the purpose of providing the membership. The name, email address and phone number of the member must be provided to the Museum. At the time of visit, members may be required to present a valid form of photo identification (ID) alongside their digital membership confirmation to verify their identity. Members consent to do so for the purpose of preventing unauthorised use of memberships. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://mocomuseum.com/privacy-policy.
Amendments
These Terms may be amended from time to time, including updates related to the * item. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
Changes to Membership Benefits
The Museum reserves the right to alter, augment, or terminate any membership benefits without prior notification. This flexibility allows us to adapt to changing circumstances and enhance our offerings. Should a change negatively affect your membership benefits, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance and, where appropriate, offer alternatives or compensations. However, no refunds will be provided for changes in membership benefits.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a member and the Museum, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation as a first recourse, prior to initiating any legal proceedings. This approach fosters a constructive dialogue and aims to resolve disputes efficiently and amicably.

Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is confirmed through the completion of the online membership purchase process, including any digital acknowledgments required during signup.
Right to Refuse Membership
The Museum reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual or entity at its discretion. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the Museum and its community, ensuring that membership is aligned with the Museum's values and standards.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom, corresponding to the locations of the Moco Museums in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and London from which you have obtained the membership. The choice of law does not affect your protection under the compulsory law of your country of residence.
