Moco Museum Amsterdam is looking for a Marketing Intern. As a Marketing Intern you fulfill a versatile function, where you will experience and assist the International marketing strategies of the Moco Museum. You are responsible for performing administrative tasks that contribute to devising and implementing effective marketing methods. You are also responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining the museum's current marketing channels. As part of the Marketing department, you will be part of a team where career opportunities are as limitless as the future of art. The Marketing Intern position is an exciting opportunity - located in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Developing tools and methods for data collection, such as surveys, opinion polls and questionnaires
  • Collecting and analyzing data with the aim of identifying consumer trends
  • Responding to reviews on tourism platforms with an attentive, service-oriented approach
  • Researching consumer opinions, marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies
  • Facilitating a positive visitor experience by answering consumer questions and assisting with refunds where necessary
  • Creating graphical representations of data and translating complex studies into simple, readable content for stakeholders and other departments
  • Preparing marketing proposals and presentations in which the needs of the museum are translated
  • Measuring customer satisfaction with our products and services
  • Maintain and maintain oversight of brand and information consistency across all Reseller Platforms
  • Creating B2B partnerships that resonate with Moco Museum

Requirements

  • As a candidate you are very detailed oriented, stress resistant and flexible. You have a proactive attitude and the ability to work accurately within a fast-growing, creative environment
  • Graduated or registered for a Bachelor of Marketing, Communication, Hospitality or related studies
  • Excellent oral and written skills, both in Dutch and English (Spanish / Catalan are a bonus point)
  • Excellent organizing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Interest in (digital) marketing, analytics, and art are a great bonus
  • A strong need and ambition to learn and grow
  • Familiar with MS Office and a passion for the marketing industry
